Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

The following are available additionally only to ranch renters. Not rented separately.
There are 2 hookups for RV's at $25/day and a 36x16 shelter for boats,etc. W/ electricity and water. There is no dump station----Pumping is available on call ---

Also, a 30-0foot trailer with the following amenities: Completely private on the river front. Electricity. Spring water. Completely furnished. LCD TV. Stereo. Complete kitchen. Separate bedroom. Big slide-out. All linen towels. Lounges. BBQ. Picnic table w/ umbrella. Indoor & outdoor showers. A dream place -- $300/3 days. $500/week. $1500/month (summer only). Check for availability.

Booking is confirmed by the receipt of a 50% deposit. There is a $75 cleaning fee for the house and $50 for the trailer.

For longer term rentals, weekly housekeeping visits are complimentary. The final housekeeping visit is $75.

Cancellations must be 4 weeks prior to arrival and are subject to a 25% charge or minimum one night rent.
